Refund policy

We offer a 14‑day return policy from date of purchase.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received - unused and uncut.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non‑returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
